About the role
Inspire Services is a business operations support agency based in Wellington, Florida. We work with coaches, therapists, creatives, and small business owners to manage the backend of their businesses so they can focus on the work only they can do. We are a small, intentional team, and we are looking for someone local who matches that energy.
This is a freelance contract position for an excellent writer and content creator who can also capture quality video and photo content in person. You are equal parts storyteller and doer: comfortable writing a sharp caption, then showing up to a networking event to film it all, then editing the footage into something scroll-stopping.
If you love brands, pay attention to detail, and take pride in content that actually looks and sounds good, this is for you.
What you will do
- Write content and captions for social media across Inspire Services and client accounts
- Fully responsible for engaging reel video ideas to film
- Attend occasional local networking events and brand activations to capture content on site
- Shoot and edit quality short form video for Inspire Services and client accounts
- Manage social accounts and respond to messages and comments
- Support with graphics and light design when needed
- Travel occasionally to Port St. Lucie to capture on site video and photo content for one of our clients (mileage is reimbursed)
What we are looking for
- A genuinely strong writer with a clear, natural voice
- Hands on experience shooting and editing short form video (Reels, TikTok, etc.) on a phone or camera
- A good eye for photo and video, plus working knowledge of editing tools (CapCut, Canva, Adobe, or similar)
- Reliable, organized, and able to manage your own time on a contract schedule
- Comfortable being on site at events and around clients, with a warm and professional presence
- Bonus: experience with social media management, community engagement, or working with small businesses
Location requirement (please read)
This is a local, in person hybrid role. You must live in or near Palm Beach County, Florida, and be able to travel to West Palm Beach for shoots and events. Applicants who are fully remote or located outside the area will not be considered, no matter how strong the portfolio. We are intentionally hiring someone close by who can show up in person.

- Compensation $20-25 an hour
